How booking, payment, delivery, and ownership work.
Who we are
Reels by Kenny is a social media agency based in Huntsville, Alabama. These terms apply when you book any service listed on this website. Booking a service means you agree to them.
What we provide
Consulting, video editing, VIP Content Days, monthly social media management, and event content creation, as described on the service pages. Each package lists what's included. Anything not listed is an add-on or a separate quote.
Booking and payment
One-time services(consulting, VIP Content Days, events, weddings) are held with a 50% deposit. The deposit isn't refundable. For events and weddings, the remaining balance is due 5 business days before the event. For other one-time services, the balance is due before delivery.
Monthly plans(editing and monthly management) are priced for a 6-month contract and invoiced monthly. Month-to-month pricing is available at the higher rate shown on each plan. Prices are starting prices unless a package says otherwise, and your rate is confirmed in writing before you're charged.
Rescheduling and cancellation
If you need to move a shoot or an event, tell us as soon as you can and we'll find the next open date. Your deposit moves with you. If you cancel a one-time booking, the deposit covers the planning already done and isn't returned. Monthly plans run for the agreed term; month-to-month plans can be ended with notice before the next invoice.
What you provide
For editing and management plans that use your own footage and photos, you confirm you have the right to use them. For shoots, you provide access to the location and let us know about anything we need permission for.
Delivery and revisions
Delivery windows and revision rounds are listed on each package. Revisions cover edits to what was delivered, not a new concept. Feedback after the revision window may be quoted as additional work.
Ownership and portfolio use
Once paid in full, the finished videos and photos we deliver are yours to use on your own accounts and marketing for as long as you like. We keep the right to show the work in our portfolio and on our own social media. If you'd rather we didn't, tell us in writing and we won't.
Results
We plan, film, edit, and post with care, but reach, followers, and sales depend on platforms and audiences we don't control. We can't guarantee a specific result from any service.
Limits
Our responsibility for any claim connected to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We aren't responsible for indirect losses such as lost profits.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama.
Changes
If these terms change, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Bookings already confirmed keep the terms they were booked under.
